Inspection services in China
Quality inspections conducted by TCA staff in China ensure that companies ordering goods receive them in line with the agreed specifications. Our technical experts check the entire consignment abroad prior to shipment, e.g. the pre-shipment inspection includes a complete range of inspections from reviewing utilized components, functionality checks, and electrical safety, to suitability for use and proper documentation.
Quality Inspection Process Flow
Time Schedule:
Before the inspection
- 3 days (min.): client informs TCA about the need for inspection and provides the documents
- 1 or 2 days: inspection
- After the inspection
- 2 days (max.): client receives inspection report. Ideally client gets the report on the next day after the inspection, maximum 2 days are still acceptable with the request to verbal information if any major problems.
- 1 day: client releases shipment after positive report.
- 3 days: container loading
- Total time duration of one positive inspection plus shipment about 10 working days.
